Nasarawa State FA Confers Aliyu Bello As Football Icon In Nasarawa State

The Nasarawa State Football Association under the leadership of Alhaji Salisu Usman Galadima (Dan Iyan Kwandare) handed Alhaji Aliyu Bello the football Icon In Nasarawa State.

”Aliyu Bello who is the All Progressives Congress (APC) Chairman of the State has continued to promote peaceful coexistence of youths within the state using football as a veritable tool, reason why we deemed it fit to use the platform of his tournament to award him this evening, Salisu Usman Galadima revealed”.

“We will continue to show support and encourage any individual that is willing to delve into football as to promote our youths and as we all know football is a unifying factor, he concluded’.

The award was presented by the Executive Governor of Nasarawa State, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule on behalf of the Football Association at the Lafia City Stadium.
