By Jabiru Hassan, Kano

The Speaker of the Kano State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Jibril Ismail Falgore, has once again demonstrated exceptional leadership, drawing inspiration from Engr. Dr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso and the ideals of the Kwankwasiyya movement, which focus on enhancing the welfare of the people of Kano State.

In his latest effort, Falgore introduced new empowerment initiatives for Rogo Local Government, marking another step in his ongoing commitment to the development of his constituents. A statement from his spokesperson, Kamaluddeen Sani Shawai, on Thursday highlighted the Speaker’s appreciation for the leadership of His Excellency, Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf, the Executive Governor of Kano State.

Falgore praised Governor Yusuf’s administration for its dedication to areas such as youth and women empowerment, education, and more. He also commended the collaborative spirit within the House of Assembly, noting that the concerted efforts of its members have been vital to the growth and progress of the state.

“Today, we are distributing 65 motorcycles, 15 of which were donated by the Director of Protocol for the Executive Governor. I urge you all to use them wisely for the benefit of your communities,” Falgore stated during the event.

He explained that the initiative aims to support agricultural and everyday activities in the local communities. The Speaker assured the recipients that further empowerment programs are on the way and reiterated his unwavering commitment to the welfare of his constituency.

The beneficiaries expressed their sincere gratitude for the gesture, promising to take excellent care of the items provided.
