Competent Problem Solver Should Come To The Aid Of Sokoto East Senatorial District-Sanusi

The Sokoto East Progressive Youths Forum Coordinator, Sanusi Sidi while addressing newsmen at the NUJ Press centre on the disaster caused by bandits and kidnappers in the eastern part of the state said tens of hundreds of lives were loat, properties worth billions of naira were also stolen and destroyed due to banditry and kidnappings.

He said the socioeconomic activity that boost the district’s economic prosperity has drastically reduced yet some scavengers made it a golden opportunity to achieve their political interests.

Not sponsored by any known powerful politician or organization, Sanusi explained that amongst the patrons nominated by the parading colony of scavengers that daunted the progress of zonal economy are gaining on the expense of poor internally displaced persons,orphans,widows and all those afflicted with this menace was a two term Governor, was also once at the helm of the affairs of this state yet could not make any effort to make the zonal district livable than it was before.

He said the donations from groups,organizations should have focused more on the huge fortunes which if distributed to the zonal district and utilized efficiently would have made the zone much more prosperous in terms of socioeconomic coexistence.

He therefore called the attention the general public that the Forum and the zone are vouching for competent persons whose antecedents has proven to be courageous, competent and critical problem solver to emerge in steering the affairs of zone and the state in general.
