A.B. Umar Bakori Is The Authentic VGN Commander-General

The bonafide members of Vigilant group of Nigeria (VGN) in the country discloses that Navy Captain A.B. Umar Bakori remained the genuine leader of the group which was founded to assist the security agencies in curtailing crimes at both urban and rural settlements.
In a statement jointly signed by the VGN members across the country, they referred that Bakori  as the authentic group’s commander who for long time struggled for the progress of the organisation despites so many challenges that retarded it’s activities nationwide.
The press statement which was signed by Malam Haruna Mohammed kano and Abubakar Bello from Sokoto state announced that” we are calling on the federal government and other stakeholders in voluntary security organisations to  gives more support and encouragement to the successful implementation of all VGN programmes in order to ensure peaceful coexistence in Nigeria”. 
Furthermore, another member from Enugu state Mr. Emmanuel Ike in his  statement assured that Navy Captain Bakori  and his lieutenants  working selflessly towards the development of the association since he assume as the new commander General, and he is trying his utmost best to see that the three tiers of governments collaborate and restore it’s activities nationwide so as to fully supports the security agencies in the war against crimes.
In conclusion, the statement  urged the  members of the association nationwide  to note that Bakori is the authentic leader  of the  organisation  and called on president Muhammadu Buhari and the members of the National Assembly to fully co-opts VGN into active services in order to promote peace, unity and progress in the area of security  maintenance in  Nigeria.
