Actor Gabriel Afolayan Receives Honorary Doctorate Degree in Arts and Culture

Renowned Nollywood actor Gabriel Afolayan joins the list of celebrities receiving honorary doctorate degrees this year, as he was honored with a Doctorate degree in Arts and Culture by Estam University. Afolayan, expressing gratitude, pledged to continue shaping the world positively through his art.

Afolayan, along with Lateef Adedimeji, received a Doctor of Philosophy in Arts and Culture from Estam University. The actor shared his joy on Instagram, stating, “We will keep shaping the world positively with our Art.” His post was met with congratulations from fellow celebrities, including Adeniyi Johnson, Bukunmi Oluwasina, Kunle Remi, Helen Paul, and more.

Lateef Adedimeji, also honored with a Doctorate in Philosophy, was celebrated by the university for his exceptional talent and significant achievements in the movie industry. Adedimeji, moved to tears, expressed his gratitude, emphasizing his focus on happiness in his craft and impacting lives.

This trend of celebrities receiving honorary doctorate degrees continues, with Nancy Isime previously receiving an honorary doctorate in Arts and Philosophy from Prowress University Delaware, USA. Comedian Klint Da Drunk also earned a doctorate degree, expressing his joy on Instagram and acknowledging the surreal nature of his achievement.
