The Air force Comprehensive School, AFCS Kano Chapel held a special Commendation and valedictory service for the academy’s out going students Sunday in a colourful events which was witnessed by the school management team and invited guests.
In his speech, the school commandant Wing Commander M. Garba congratulated the outgoing students and charged them to be a good ambassadors to the school and at anywhere they found themselves in their lifetime.
He maintained that Kano AFCS would continue to gives quality education to the younger generation especially at present when the globe is changing rapidly in the area of education for development, adding that education is a great tool for excellent livelihood.
Similarly, the father of the day Mr. Yusuf Noel described AFCS Kano as one of the most formidable comprehensive academy established by the Nigerian Air force where quality education is being given to the young ones at grassroots level.
He advised the graduands to be more precious products of the school in everywhere they may find themselves and be kind to their parents, guardians, relatives and work for the progress of Nigeria as a fatherland, and commended the commandant, the Vice Principal Administration and Vice principal Academy as well as all the school instructors for their determination towards giving quality education to their kids.
In her remark, the mother of the day Mrs. Lilian E.O. Onyemechi states that ” As a mother, I would be glad to see that our children obtains good and sound education from the grassroots like what is being witnessed and enjoyed at AFCS Kano, and I am happy that the commendation and Valedictory ceremony was very much colourful”. She Concluded.
At the Valedictory service, Bible reading, thanks giving, song ministration and certificate presentation was made, while the occasion was well attended by the special guests of honours, parents and guardians, graduands and other invited guests where a short drama was presented in order to encourage incumbent students to acquiring sound education
