The Chairman of the North-Central All Progressives Congress, APC Forum Alhaji Saleh Zazzaga, has congratulated Hon Ephraim Usman the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy affairs in Plateau state on his birthday celebration.
Zazzaga in a statement in Jos said that Hon Usman’s excellent political track records has made a positive case for the youth to continue to earn the trust of the people.
