Annie Idibia Allegedly in Rehab Amid Separation from 2Baba

By Abigail Philip David

Actress Annie Idibia has reportedly been admitted to a rehabilitation center following news of her separation from her husband, iconic musician 2Baba.

The update was shared by controversial journalist Stella Dimoko Korkus, who claimed that Annie is currently in a critical emotional state. According to the journalist, the actress is being supported by close friends, including singer Tiwa Savage and media personality Toke Makinwa.

In a post, Korkus wrote:
“Actress Annie Idibia is in a very bad state and allegedly currently in rehab. Insiders reveal it is very, very bad, and the two people allegedly taking care of her are singer Tiwa Savage and media girl Toke Makinwa… May God heal her.”

This news follows 2Baba’s public confirmation of their separation, with reports suggesting their divorce is in its final stages. The announcement shocked fans, as the couple, often viewed as one of Nigeria’s most iconic celebrity unions, had long faced public scrutiny over their relationship.

Fans and well-wishers have since flooded social media with messages of concern and support for Annie, wishing her strength and a swift recovery. However, neither Annie nor her representatives have released an official statement addressing the reports.

This development adds another chapter to the tumultuous history of the couple’s marriage, which has often been the subject of public controversy.
