As 2026 Begins, Dr. Engr. Stephen Achema Akpa Encourages Nigerians to Invest in Real Estate

Dr. Engr. Stephen Achema Akpa has extended warm New Year greetings to Nigerians, wishing every family peace, prosperity, and progress in 2026. In his message, he encouraged citizens to embrace the opportunities of the new year by considering real estate investment as a pathway to financial security and generational wealth.

Akpa noted that just as the New Year symbolizes fresh beginnings, real estate offers stability and long-term value in uncertain times. He explained that investing in property is not only about owning land or houses, but about securing a future where assets appreciate and provide lasting benefits for families.

Highlighting some of his landmark developments, Akpa pointed to prime properties in Jahi Kukwaba, Jabi, Lugbe, Lifecamp, Gwarinpa, Guzape, and Apo, describing them as strategic locations that combine accessibility, modern infrastructure, and high investment potential. He emphasized that these estates are designed to meet the housing needs of Nigerians while also serving as profitable ventures for investors.

According to him, real estate remains one of the most reliable sectors for wealth creation, offering both immediate returns and long-term growth. He urged Nigerians to take advantage of the opportunities in the property market, stressing that land and housing investments are timeless assets that never lose relevance.

“As we step into 2026, let us not only celebrate the gift of life but also embrace the wisdom of investing in our future,” Akpa said. “Real estate is the foundation of prosperity, and by securing property today, we are building legacies for tomorrow.”

He concluded by wishing Nigerians a Happy New Year, expressing hope that 2026 will bring peace, progress, and opportunities for all.
