The decision to zone the Senate Minority Leader position to the North-Central was previously agreed upon by lawmakers in the Peoples Democratic Party, aiming to ensure fairness and equity. Abba Moro, hailing from Benue State in the North Central region, assumes this crucial role in the Senate.
