BREAKING: UK Prohibits Overseas Health Workers from Bringing Dependents

In a significant development, the United Kingdom has implemented a ban on Health and Care Workers from bringing their dependents to the country.

The UK Home Office announced this policy change via its verified X handle (formerly Twitter) on Monday.

Effective immediately, care workers entering the UK on Health and Care Worker visas are no longer permitted to bring their dependents with them.

The decision is part of the UK government’s strategy to achieve a significant reduction in migration.

Further details are awaited on this matter.
