Reasons have been adduced why a meeting scheduled for Borno state Governor, Prof. Umaru Zulum and parents of rescued chibok school girls could not hold.
A Borno -Born activist and Director General Centre for Justice on Religious and Ethnicity in Nigeria, Rev. Kallamu Musa Ali Dikwa disclose this in a statement he personally wrote and made available to journalists in Kaduna.
He said government officials told him that the Governor wanted to meet with the parents of the chibok girls and some Chibok leaders concerning the girls but could not hold the meeting for three main reasons.
The statements read in parts: “Some of the Chibok leaders are not picking up my calls, but I’ll continue to be pushing the Borno State government until God arrest them to release these girls.
“I was informed by some government officials in the state that about 3 months ago the governor want to meet with the parents of these girls and some Chibok leaders to meet governor Zulum concerning the girls, and the former Chairman of “KARA” Abuja branch Mr. Nkeki Muta appointed for the meeting.
“But Mr. Nkeki demanded 3 things for the meeting hold. (1) In that meeting the girls will not be in that meeting (2) The parents must speak in one voice with him, (3) His flight ticket to and from Maiduguri to Abuja will be paid by the Borno State government. And since that day nobody confronted him about the issue again, either the Borno State Government officials or parents of the girls including the Christian leaders of Chibok.
“I suspect there is something going wrong between the parents of these girls, some of these so-call Christian politicians and leaders of the Chibok tribe. But God will expose it very soon”, he said.
A Kanuri by tribe, Rev. Dikwa also revealed that he was unique with leaf in right hand (Kallamu), signifying pen of God in Arabic, Greek and Hebrews languages, respectively.
“I was born 12/06/1969 with leaf in my right hand and my grandfather warned my mother and father do not allow anybody to touch me including my father except my mother until the leaf disappear and 3 days later the leaf disappeared.
” On the day of my naming i was mamed Kallamu meaning pen of God in Arabic, Greek and Hebrews languages.
Therefore God is doing His own work and fulfilling His agenda in dust, and if anybody thinking that he can frustrate me in anyway the person is wasting his own time and destroying himself and no power of any human being can stop what I have been doing because it’s God Himself working in dust!”, he stated.
Recalled that 17 rescued school chibok girls and Leah Sharibu have not been reconciled with their parents, a development many including Rev. Dikwa described as unfair on the part oxn the part of the government for deliberately refused to do needful.
