Daybreak Nigeria reporter, Idibia Gabriel, receives Courage In Journalism Award

In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the development of journalism in Nigeria, Mr Gabriel Idibia, the head of the Northern bureau of Daybreak Nigeria has been presented with Courage In Journalism Award by the Africa Media Devt Foundation (AMDF).

Presenting the award on Friday in Kaduna, Mrs. Sekyen Dadik, Executive Director, Africa Media Devt Foundation (AMDF), praised Mr. Idibia for his professionalism and constant commitment to holding government accountable to the people even at risk to his personal life.
