Gov. Ododo Felicitates with Justice Adah on Elevation to Supreme Court

The Kogi State Governor, Ahmed Usman Ododo on Tuesday in Lokoja felicitated with Justice Stephen Adah on his elevation to the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

A statement by the Special Adviser on Media to the Kogi State Governor, Ismaila Isah said Justice Adah’s towering reputation as a quintessential jurist has earned him the meritorious elevation to the highest court in Nigeria.

The Governor expressed confidence in the esteemed reputation of the eminent jurist to bring forth his wealth of experience and knowledge to the Supreme Court and in shaping the judicial landscape in Nigeria.

Governor Ododo said: “We are proud of your record of legal excellence and unwavering commitment to justice in our country and it is no surprise that you emerged as an exceptional choice for the esteemed position of a Justice of the Supreme Court.

“I wish you all the best as you embark on this new and important chapter in your illustrious judicial career.”

The statement added that the people of Nigeria are fortunate to have a jurist of Justice Adah’s integrity and wisdom serving on the nation’s highest court at this time in the history of the country.

Justice Stephen Adah who hails from Dekina local government area of Kogi State is one of the eleven new Justices elevated to the Supreme Court of Nigeria on Tuesday.
