Governor Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau State has sacked five commissioners and immediately appointed their replacements in a cabinet reshuffle.
In a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Samuel Jatau, the affected commissioners are:
- Chrysanthus Dawam – Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning
- Obed Goselle – Ministry of Science and Technology
- Jamila Tukur – Ministry of Tourism, Culture, and Hospitality
- Noel Nkup – Ministry of Youth and Sports Development
- Sure Musa – Ministry of Commerce and Industry
Their replacements are:
- Joyce Ramnap
- Sunday Alex
- Sylvanus Dongtoe
- Nicolas Bamnong
- Cornelius Doeyok
The statement further conveyed Governor Mutfwang’s appreciation for the contributions of the outgoing commissioners and extended his best wishes for their future endeavors.
