Guinness World Record Holder, Hilda Baci, Attempted to Join Big Brother Naija Multiple Times

By Daniel Edu

Hilda Baci, a Guinness World Record holder, has shared that she attempted to participate in the Big Brother Naija reality show on multiple occasions in order to promote her Cook-a-thon event. She revealed this during an interview on The Big Friday Show, a radio show hosted by former BBNaija housemate, Tacha.

Baci mentioned that she tried to get on the Big Brother Naija show around four or five times. Her goal was to use the platform to promote her cook-a-thon, a cooking event that aimed to set a new record. However, she acknowledged that perhaps it was meant for her to focus solely on the cook-a-thon, as it demanded a lot of her attention and effort.

Ultimately, Hilda Baci successfully set a new Guinness World Record by preparing over 100 pots of food during her cook-a-thon event, surpassing the previous record set in 2019.

Her journey shows the determination to use different platforms to achieve her goals and make an impact, even though she didn’t make it onto the reality show.
