Halima Abubakar threatens to call out billionaires who are guilty of rape

Actress Halima Abubakar has joined the campaign against rape by threatening to expose some billionaires who are allegedly guilty of rape.

Her threat comes amid the rape and murder of Uwaila Omozuwa and Barakat Bello.

Omozuwa, a student of the University of Benin, was raped and murdered inside a church where she had gone to read.

A few days later, Barakat was also found dead inside her house after she was raped.

This has led to outrage from Nigerians who took to social media to call for an end to rape in the country.

One of those who lent a voice is Halima Abubakar who fingers billionaires as guilty as well.

Halima Abubakar wrote: “STOP TELLING PEOPLE WHEN TO TELL THEIR EXPERIENCE. WE CALL IT TRAUMA!! DONT TELL ANYONE, THE TIME FRAME TO COMPLAIN ABOUT RAPE. IF WE ARE GOING TO REPORT RAPE OR HARASSMENT. HALF OF THE MEN ARE QUILTY. DONT SHAME PEOPLE AND YOU QUILTY. BUT HIDE AND INTIMIDATE AND EVEN BLOCK THEIR INCOME. DONT LET ME CALL, SOME OF YOUR FAVS AND BILLIONAIRES. EVERY ONE IS JUST INCONSIDERATE. FROM THE COMMON MAN TO THE HIGH AND MIGHTY. SHUT UP……….RAPE IS RAPE. DONT MAKE ME CALL YOU OUT……. ANYONE WHO DOES NOT SUPPORT THIS MESSAGE IS A RAPIST TOO”.
