With the current insecurity affecting all channels of development in the country, Nigeria Defence Academy has graduated a number of officers expected to give their maximum in the fight against terrorism, kidnapping and forms of illegal acts across the country.
It became imperative for me to highlights some remarkable achievements recorded by our dear state the seat of the Caliphate, Sokoto state.
On Thursday, Nigeria Defense Academy kaduna has graduated some officers who underwent training for some months.
One of our own in person of Sub-Lieutenant Sabir Musa Garba Mai tafsir has emerged with several accolades during the occasion which was at the NDA parade Ground permanent site, Kaduna, kaduna state.
Bashar Abubakar MC, Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to Senator Wamakko submitted that Sub-Lieutenant Sabir Musa Garba Mai tafsir was the graduating Cadet in research project and political science and Defense studies.
He was also the first class in Political science and Defense, the second to get away with that award since the inception of the Academy many years ago.
Sabir was also a graduate from the Britannia Royal College.
The event which took place at Kaduna was graced by president Muhammadu Buhari GCFR and other very important dignitaries.
They included, senate president Senator Ahmad Lawan, chairman senate committee on defense and former Governor of sokoto state Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko Sarkin Yamman sokoto, Minister of Defense Gen. Bashir Salihi Magashi.
Others were the Governors of Kaduna state Mallam Nasir El-Rufa’i, and that of Niger State Abubakar Sani Bello among many other important personalities.
Once again congratulations to sokoto state whare the said officer was born and raised.
“Also we are congratulating the father to the young and vibrant officer in person of Professor Musa Garba Mai tafsir, the Director General and Chief Executive Officer of National Teacher’s Institute (NTI)”, averred Bashar.
The people of the state therefore wished Sub-Lieutenant Sabir Musa Garba Mai tafsir more grease to his elbow ahead.
