The All Progressives Congress (APC) has fixed October 2, 2021 for state congresses.
This is contained in a statement signed by Secretary of the APC Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee, Sen John James Akpanudoedehe, on Monday.
Our correspondent reports that at the end of the state congresses, the ruling party would conduct zonal congresses after which its national convention would be held for the election of a new crop of its National Working Committee (NWC).
