Lamdo Gashaka, Zubairu Hammangabdo Mohammed Sambo Sue For Peace in Gashaka Chiefdom

His Royal Majesty, Lamdo Zubairu Hamman-Gabdo Mohammed Sambo of Gashahka Chiefdom in Taraba state, has admonished the people of his chiefdom to imbibe the spirit of sacrifice, forgiveness, submission as well as benevolence to accommodate one another and promote peace for the growth and development of the area and the state.

Alhaji Zubairu Mohammed Sambo gave the charge on Sunday while congratulating Muslim faithful in his palace in Serti-Baruwa, Gashaka local government area of Taraba state on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir Sallah festival.

His royal Majesty Lamdo Zubairu Mohammed Sambo urged the faithful to observe the virtues of peace, love, accommodation and tolerance as preached by Islam.

He called on Village and Ward heads in his chiefdom to be vigilant and report any stranger or suspicious character to their district head or constituted authorities for prompt action.

The Lamdo appealed to the people of Gashaka more expecially youths to be law abiding and respect constituted authorities in the interest of peace and development of Gashaka, Taraba and the nation.

The traditional Chief admonished the people to engage in agriculture as the season commences for economic recovery, food sufficiency and security, while also congratulating Pilgrims from the state for the successful Hajj exercise.

He urged the people of Gashaka to pray for the peace of our their state Taraba and Nigeria as a nation for Allah intervention for peace to Raine.

He assured his subjects of his support to safeguard and protect lives and properties of his people in the overall interest of peace and development of the chiefdom, state and the nation at large.
