Landmark Africa to Relocate Headquarters Following Demolition of Lagos Resort

Landmark Africa, the company behind the renowned Landmark Beach Resort in Lagos, has announced plans to relocate its Nigerian headquarters and expand its operations across Africa.

This decision comes in the wake of the controversial demolition of the Landmark Beach Resort in April 2024, a move that caused significant setbacks and an estimated $80 million loss for the firm.

Paul Onwuanibe, the Chief Executive Officer of Landmark Africa, revealed the company’s strategy to recover from the incident. He outlined plans to establish a presence in three additional Nigerian states and expand into two more African countries, alongside relocating its headquarters out of Lagos.

The announcement signals a bold move for Landmark Africa as it aims to mitigate the impact of the demolition and position itself for future growth.
