The Movement for the Support of Democracy and Good Governance (MSDG) has praised the humanitarian efforts of Dr. Halimat Tajousho, urging Nigerians to emulate her contributions to assisting the less privileged.

In a press statement issued to newsmen in Kano, Alhaji Dauda Mohammed Ali, the national president of MSDG, lauded Dr. Halimat’s selflessness in aiding people of all categories. He referred to her as one of the most compassionate female philanthropists in the country.

“We acknowledge the incredible efforts being made by Dr. Halimat Tajousho through her foundation. Based on what we’ve observed from reports in Nigerian newspapers and across social media, we felt it was necessary to lend our support and commend this mother of the less privileged,” the statement read.

Alhaji Dauda further noted that MSDG would continue to monitor Dr. Halimat’s ongoing humanitarian projects, which he described as channels of hope for vulnerable citizens. He expressed the association’s intention to honor her for her impactful contributions to society.

In conclusion, MSDG called on Nigerians to take inspiration from Dr. Halimat’s work, especially at a time when the less privileged are in dire need of assistance.
