The National Youth Alliance (NYA) has declared its determination to unseat the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 general elections, aiming to “salvage Nigeria from the current governance structure.”

Ambassador Aliyu Bin Abbas, the National Chairman and Youth President of the NYA, made this known during a visit to Bauchi State. The visit, part of a broader strategy to mobilize youths and women, was aimed at spearheading what he described as a political revolution to end APC’s rule.

Championing Youth and Women Empowerment

Ambassador Bin Abbas emphasized that the NYA is a youth-driven political movement committed to uniting Nigerian youths and women to redefine the country’s democracy.

“We are focused on creating a moral army of youths and women to restore governance that aligns with the aspirations of Nigerians. We will stop at nothing to ensure that impunity and bad governance do not exceed 2027,” he stated.

He further urged Nigerian youths to take an active role in reshaping the nation, adding that the NYA would collaborate with well-meaning citizens to achieve real change through democratic processes.

A Call for Action

Ambassador Bin Abbas reminded youths of their pivotal role in restoring Nigeria’s glory, urging them to rise and work towards a brighter future.

“Our mission is clear: to birth a new Nigeria by the grace of God Almighty. This is a call for Nigerian youths and women to take their rightful place in the political space and ensure that the nation’s governance reflects the will of the people,” he added.

The NYA’s nationwide mobilization efforts, according to Bin Abbas, are focused on galvanizing support and engaging stakeholders to ensure their vision for Nigeria is realized in the next election cycle.
