NIHOUTOUR DG Kangiwa bags HATMAN Fellowship Award

The National Institute of Hospitality and Tourism, NIHOTOUR, Director General, Alhaji Nuts Sani Kangiwa has bagged the Honorary Fellowship of the Association HATMAN.
The award was presented to Kangiwa by National President HATMAN, ,Ataru Samson at the NIHOTOUR headquarters in Abuja yesterday.
This is contained in a press release signed by NIHOTOUR , Media and Public Relations Director, Ahmed Sule , made available to Daybreak.

Ataru said that the Kangiwa’s award with the Honorary Fellow of the Association was influenced by his numerous contributions into the nation’s hospitality and travel-tourism industry.

Aturu stressed that Kangiwa has injected his wealth of experience into NIHOTOUR by repositioning it for better performance in the delivery of capacity building and professional competence upgrade and quality service delivery in the industry.
National Deputy President of the Federation of Tourism Associations of Nigeria (FTAN), Alhaji Badaki Aliyu who presented the HATMAN Fellowship Award Plaque to the Director General said that the hospitality and travel-tourism industry of Nigeria will not forget his contribution to the tourism and hospitality industry.

He further urged him not to relent in the discharge of his duties in the promotion of capacity building and professional upgrade of practitioners in the country’s hospitality and travel-tourism industry.
He noted that the sector needs to achieve greater heights and position the industry for better economic growth of Nigeria.
Kangiwa while accepting the award expressed gratitude for the award and promised to take the industry to greater heights .

The awardee solicited for more support and cooperation from key players and stakeholders in the industry.
