NUJ congratulates Gov. Mohammed over Supreme Court ruling

The Bauchi state council of Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) has congratulated Gov. Bala Mohammad over the Supreme Court judgment affirming his victory as the winner of the 2019 governorship election in the state.

This was contained in a statement signed by Mr Ibrahim Goje, the state NUJ Chairman in Bauchi on Monday.

Goje described the judgment as the final triumph of justice and the will of the people of the state.

He said the judgment had further strengthened the confidence of the people on the integrity of the apex court.

Goje expressed optimism that Mohammad will now fully concentrate on his developmental policies and programmes aimed at taking the state to the promised land.(NAN)
