ORMA boss commends Aregesola on his achievements.

The General Manager, Osun State Road Maintenance Agency, ORMA, Engr Mathew Olu Olowokere has commended the outgoing governor of the state of Osun, Ogbeni Rauf Adesoji Aregbesola for his remarkable achievements in his eight years as governor.

The General Manager made this commendation in his congratulatory message to the governor in Osogbo the state capital on Thursday.

His word, “It’s been my highly regarded privilege and great honor working under the leadership of an intellectual giant and extremely great mind, OGBENI. This position has molded me and enlarged my capacity for greater opportunities and responsibilities in governance. Sincerely I am humbly appreciative to Mr. Governor”.

Engr Olowokere who described governor Aregbesola as somebody who has earned a reputation as one of Nigeria’s best leaders commended his efforts in the transformation of the state in the area of maintenance and rehabilitation of roads all over the state.

The ORMA boss who further described the Governor as a true leader that overcame and improved the lot of the people throughout his stay in office emphasised that, the state has witnessed monumental, visible and enduring achievements in every sector of the economy in the last eight years, saying Mr. Governor had been able to keep faith with the people of Osun in dogged implementation of the six-point integral action plan of his administration.

Speaking further, the General Manager maintained that the various successful intervention programmes of the administration in agriculture, Road, education, health, job creation, peaceful communal co-existence, poverty banishment among others have impacted positively on the socio-economic transformation of the state.

“With his efforts, the ORMA has been able to reach out to the entire people in the state with it’s mandate which is maintenance and rehabilitation.

” ORMA’s intervention on road maintenance and rehabilitation would continue to touch many places in the state as Governor Aregbesola has opened the state in terms of road infrastructure”, Olowokere added.

According to the GM, ORMA is saddled with the responsibility of administering and managing the “State Roads Maintenance and Rehabilitation in such a manner as to ensure the efficiency of the roads all year round. Undoubtedly the people of the state are hereby assured of sustenance and consolidation of these good works through the incoming administration of Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola”.
