Folakemi Falana Verydarkman Defamation Case: Sister Takes Legal Action

By  Milcah   Tanimu

Folakemi Falana, Falz’s sister, is taking legal action against Verydarkman over defamatory statements made against her family. The entertainment lawyer expressed her frustration on Instagram regarding the ongoing dispute between the rapper and the social media personality. On September 24, Verydarkman alleged that Falz and their father, Femi Falana, helped Bobrisky evade money laundering charges by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

The controversy began when Verydarkman alleged that Falz and their father, Femi Falana, helped Bobrisky drop money laundering charges from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). In response, Folakemi addressed the accusations in an Instagram post. She emphasized her family’s dedication to justice.

She stated, “My parents and our firm, Falana & Falana, have been applying for presidential pardons for Nigerians absolutely FREE for years. It’s crazy that some Nigerians act like they can’t read or think for themselves.”

Folakemi expressed frustration over what she sees as a lack of critical thinking among the public. She criticized Verydarkman for his bold claims, including allegations of bribery and corruption. “It’s wild that some of you actually believe it,” she added.

In her closing remarks, Folakemi stated, “Seeing as you have refused to do the needful, @verydarkblackman, see you in court.”
