SENATOR LALONG REPRESENTS PRESIDENT TINUBU AT RENEWED HOPE BOOK LAUNCH AND AWARDS DINNER

Senator representing Plateau South Senatorial District and former Director General of the Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council Simon Bako Lalong on Saturday represented President Bola Tinubu at the official launch of a book entitled “The Architect of Renewed Hope: The Bola Ahmed Tinubu Story” held at the Banquet Hall of the Aso Rock Presidential Villa Abuja.
Senator Lalong said President Tinubu has continued to work hard towards ensuring that his Renewed Hope Agenda is implemented for the good of all Nigerians.
He noted that the President acknowledges that achieving the goals of the Renewed Hope Agenda comes with discomfort and challenges that would appear very difficult at the moment, but eventually, they will strengthen Nigeria and make life better.
He said the President is also taking steps to cushion the impact of the negative effects of some of the policies with a view to making life easier for the people.
He assured that with more resources being freed up, all necessary steps are being taken to make the three tier of government capable of carrying out interventions and policies that will make sure that Nigerians are not neglected.
The President also thanked the organisers of the event whom he said worked hard for his election and have also continued to support the Government and explain its policies to the people.
Lalong thereafter unveiled the book on behalf of the President and assured the organisers that the President will not disappoint them and Nigerians at large by doing his best to take Nigeria to a better and secured future.
Book reviewer and Special Adviser on Public Communication and Orientation to the President Sunday Dare said the book captures the essence of the Renewed Hope Agenda and follows the steps taken by the President to implement the vision for a greater Nigeria.
He said the book will serve as an enlightenment material in the implementation of the Renewed Hope Agenda which is very much on course and requires the buy in of every citizen.
The Chief host said the event was put together to celebrate the Renewed Hope Agenda of the President and also honour some of the people that have played one role or the other in implementing it.
He said the organisers also want to use the event to pay special tribute to President Tinubu whose foresight is making him take hard decisions that will eventually lead to the development and transformation of Nigeria.
