Situation report Adamawa

As early as 6am voters were already at the puling units waiting to be accredited and to exercise their franchise,and most of the units visited by our correspondent were peaceful and calm anyone without voters card was told to leave by security services.

In Yola south local government area voting started at 8:o4 am,in unit 09 Adarawa word in Yola south there was low turn out,compared to the presidential election.

Movement withing the state capital was free,as there was no disturbance but people were moving freely without security distraction as was during the presidential election.

The presidential candidate of peoples Democratic party PDP,Alh Atiku Abubakar was reportedly not in Adamawa,to cast his vote. The state Governor Mohammadu Umaru Bindow travelled out of the capital to mubi to cast his vote.
