Widow Who Cleaned Church Altar Receives House Gift from Pastor

By  Milcah  Tanimu

In a heartwarming gesture, Apostle Dr. Chibuzor Chinyere, the Founder and General Overseer of Omega Power Ministries, presented a generous gift to Mrs. Patricia Iyere, a widow residing in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. On Monday, Kenneth Nwachi, the Special Adviser (Special Duties) to Apostle Chinyere, announced this remarkable act of kindness.

The benevolent pastor not only gifted Mrs. Iyere with a bungalow house but also provided her with a car, intended for an Uber transport business to generate income. Mrs. Iyere had earned the admiration of the church community by faithfully cleaning the altar at the church headquarters.

Initially, Mrs. Iyere was presented with a car as a token of appreciation. However, she later approached Apostle Chinyere to express concerns about her expired house rent. In response, the compassionate pastor considered offering her financial assistance to cover the rent. However, he later changed his plan and instructed his agent to find a mini-estate property that he could purchase for the widow.

After an exhaustive search, the agent was unable to locate a suitable mini-estate for purchase. Instead, the agent identified a bungalow property, which Apostle Chinyere promptly acquired in the name of Mrs. Patricia Iyere, officially making her the proud owner of a new home. This inspiring act exemplifies the spirit of generosity and community support within the Omega Power Ministries congregation.
