The FCT Minister, Barr. Nyesom Wike, has sent birthday wishes to former Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, at 65.
In a congratulatory message , Wike described Fayose as a “valuable brother, trusted friend, and a courageous leader” who has remained consistent in his political convictions.
The FCT minister further praised Fayose for his unwavering loyalty, boldness, and ability to stand firmly by his beliefs, even in challenging times.
He acknowledged the significant role the former Ekiti governor played in Nigeria’s democratic journey as one of the most influential voices in contemporary Nigerian politics.
Wike also highlighted their long-standing friendship, recalling moments of mutual support during critical political battles.
He expressed confidence that Fayose’s leadership, humor, and fearlessness will continue to inspire many across the country.
Fayose, who has held various political positions in Nigeria, including two terms as Ekiti State Governor, is indeed a respected figure in Nigerian politics, he said.
Wike wished him good health, renewed strength, and many more years of impactful service.
