FG Commended For Planning Economic Progress To Jigawa State

The Jigawa state chapter chairman of the All farmers association (AFAN) Alhaji Idris Yau Mai Unguwa Jaga has comended the federal government for planning to provide agricultural exportation through the air transportation.

In a statement he issued to newsmen in Dutse the Jigawa State acapital, Mai Unguwa Jaga disclosed that the proposal to establish an airport at Hadejia location is a welcoming idea in which all agricultural exportation would be carried without obstacles.

He assured that the Jigawa state farmers would use the gesture in exporting their bumper harvest to different destinations which is another landmark achievement initiated by the ministry of aviation.

” On behalf of the executives of our great association, the Jigawa state farmers and other relevant stakeholders, i commended the Honourable minister of Aviation Hadi Sirika, the Jigawa state governor Muhammad Badaru Abubakar as well as al thise who have a helping hands in actualizing the gigantic project at this time”. He emphasized.

In another development, Mai Unguwa Jaga thanked the minister of water resources Engineer Sulaiman Kazaure for the role he played to ensure that the long awaited Ghari irrigation project was comisaioned for the full implenentation of high planned irrigation project that accomodate milions of people on self reliance.

He announced that ” through a best formidable irrigation projects, economic progress tends to be actualized especially at present when the globe is gradually advancing in the area of mechanized agriculture through viable irrigation programmes.

” From what is going on, the commissioning of Ghari irrigation project and the establishment of air transportation at Hadejia destination would be an added advantage towards the promotion of economy, self reliance and peaceful coexistence in Jigawa State”. He concluded.
