Gov. Bello Sacks Commissioner For Agric, 2 Other Political Appointees In Kogi

The Kogi state Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello on Tuesday in Lokoja terminated the appointment of the Commissioner for Agriculture, David Apeh with immediate effect.

Also sacked are the Special Adviser to the Governor on Emergency Management, Danladi Isah Yunusa, and Hajia Maryam Salifu, Part-time Chairman, Kogi State Hotels and Tourism Board respectively.

The state Secretary to the Kogi State government, (SSG), Mrs Folashade Ayoade said three political appointees were sacked by Governor Yahaya Bello for gross misconduct.

Dr. Folashade Arike Ayoade confirmed their sack through the signing of their letters of disengagement.
