Bobrisky Mourns the Loss of His Father

Idris Okuneye, the controversial Nigerian figure popularly recognized as Bobrisky, is currently grieving the passing of his father, Kunle Okuneye.

Debola Okuneye, one of the late individual’s sons, confirmed the unfortunate news to Punch, revealing that Bobrisky’s father passed away in the early hours of Monday morning.

Debola Okuneye stated, “Yes, my father died this morning and we are making preparations for his burial.”

A close friend and colleague of the deceased, known by the name Lastborn, remarked on the death, sharing that the departed individual will be laid to rest following Islamic traditions.

Lastborn, who holds the position of Secretary at Beach Nigeria Enterprises, a car rental service located at the Federal Palace Hotel in Lagos, where the late Okuneye served as one of the directors, additionally verified that the interment will adhere to Islamic customs and is scheduled for 4 pm on the same day. “Yes, you saw it. It’s true, he will be buried by 4 pm today,” Lastborn confirmed.

Okuneye, hailing from Ijebu-Igbo in Ogun state, will be laid to rest in his hometown, marking a solemn end to his earthly journey.
