“Those whose houses were brought down by the attackers should be assisted with building materials to enable them have shelter to continue with life. This would help in cushioning the effects of this evil act going on unabatedly against the peace loving people,” the statement added.
As people of conscience and law abiding citizens, the congress called on the people to be more security conscious at this time and enjoined them to jealously protect their communities and report to security agencies all sorts of suspicious movements especially of people with questionable characters living within and without their communities for interrogation.
The Congress assured of its determination to build bridges of peace and mutual coexistence through intercommunity collaboration, stressing that it is aimed at fostering peace and unity in the state.
The congress appealed to government’s relevant agencies and all security organizations working in Kauru, Kajuru and other local  government areas in the state to step up their games to ensure that these incessant attacks going on in Kauru LGA especially at Kumana Chiefdom and some parts of Kauru LGA, and Chawai Chiefdoms, Kajuru and other parts of the state are tactically stopped and brought to a timely end.
