“DDG Addresses Breakup with Halle Bailey, Stresses They Are Still Family”

Rapper DDG has finally spoken out after announcing his breakup with actress Halle Bailey, mother of their 10-month-old son. The news of their split generated significant buzz on social media, and DDG took to the “No Ordinary” podcast to clarify the situation and respond to public backlash.

DDG acknowledged the breakup as a natural part of life, but reassured fans that he and Halle remain close. “It’s life, it happens,” DDG said. “She’s still family, and I love her to death no matter what. Everything is still good, and you never know what the future holds. Anything beyond that statement is nobody’s business.”

The rapper also expressed frustration over the swirling rumors and narratives about their relationship. He emphasized that neither he nor Halle were at fault, and urged the public to stop speculating. “Nobody was wrong in this situation,” he explained. “Me and Halle are family, and we’re just taking a little break. We don’t know what can happen in the future.”

DDG closed his statement by addressing the public directly. He asked for respect and privacy, noting that people only know a small part of his life because he chose to share it. “When public figures give you a statement, take the statement and mind your business,” he concluded.

Though the couple has split, DDG made it clear that they remain connected as family and asked fans to respect their personal journey.
