Social media comedian Carter Efe secured a unanimous decision victory over street artiste Habeeb Badmus, popularly known as Portable, in a celebrity boxing match held in Lagos.
The bout, part of the “Chaos in the Ring 4” event at Balmoral Hall, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, saw all three judges score the contest 30-27 in favour of Efe after three rounds.
Portable, who previously defeated Charles Okocha and Speed Darlington in earlier celebrity boxing appearances, entered the ring with confidence but was unable to match Efe’s performance over the course of the fight.
In the opening round, Portable adopted an aggressive approach, throwing a series of punches, while Efe maintained composure and responded with measured counters. The pattern continued into the second round, with Efe landing more accurate combinations as the contest progressed.
By the final round, Efe’s consistent striking and control of the pace appeared to give him a clear advantage, which was reflected in the judges’ scorecards.
The result positions Carter Efe as the winner of the contest, marking a notable outcome in the celebrity boxing series.
