Jos, Feb.17, 2020 The Chief Executive Officer, Little Feet Event, Jos, Mr Erikefe Ijama, has advised youths in Plateau to take advantage of the natural scenery in the state in order to make a living.
Ijama, who gave the advice in an interview with Daybreak on Monday in Jos, said Plateau had been naturally endowed with beautiful scenery by God, by virtue of its geographical location.
He said that entertainment in Jos was beginning to blossom, and that there were a lot of untapped areas that the youths could explore, including the state’s God-given scenery.
“There are schools on the Plateau that take their students out for excursions and field trips to places like Sherry hills and they usually ask for the assistance of a trained personnel,” he said.
Ijama said that some youths could also dance while others sing, and some could add value by creating amusement.
“These talents are innate , so youths can search within to see what they can do rather than getting involved in criminal acts, that would send them to prison, ” he said.
He, however, appealed to the State Government to create platforms for youths and up-coming artists to thrive.
