By: Sam Obinna Ibe

The zonal coordinator/ Chairman of the Presidential Support Committee, South East, Hon Engr Chamberlain Adiaso has called on his Igbo brothers to vote President Muhammadu Buhari in 2019 stressing that it is the brightest chance of the zone producing the President of Igbo extraction come 2023.

The Zonal Coordinator stated this in Umuahia during the formal Inauguration of the Presidential Support Committee in the zone.
He noted that supporting Buhari’s candidature by his Igbo people in 2019 will no doubt brightens the chances of the Igbo race to produce the next president of Nigeria in 2023 after the Daura Katsina born President would have completed his eight years of two tenures.

He maintained that there cannot be a better opportunity
and chances of achieving the long-held ambition of an Igbo man ruling the country in 2023 while calling on his people to maximize this glaring opportunity.
Hon Engr Chamberlain Adiaso stressed that the mission and commitment of Presidential Support Committee are to engage and sensitize their people across the South East with “Open truth “lamenting that they cannot afford a repeat of unpleasant history.
The zonal coordinator of PSC, South East reminded the members of the committee of the enormous responsibilities and obligations in the Buhari re-election project and charged them to remain steadfast, focused and courageous in the onerous task ahead.
To this end, he reminded them of a duty to ensure that their grassroots door to door campaigns across the South Eastern states in conjunctions with the party and relevant stakeholders are discharged with utmost discretions, sense of civility and decorum even in face of calculated provocations, unnecessary distractions and cheap propaganda of some desperate Opposition political elements noting that they are not going to give up their anti Igbo tendencies but however expressed the zeal to reach the promised land.

As for the visiting guest, Rt Hon Gideon Sammani, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Political and the Facilitator of the Presidential Support Committee commended members from South East for their successful inauguration ceremony ,He added that the caliber of personalities he saw and their burning desire to succeed, has no doubt that the people will vote APC em masse .
SA to President Buhari further reminded them of the task ahead to deliver President Buhari come 2019.

Sammani expressed delight that with enthusiasm of the people seen, he is optimistic that Igbos will give Buhari over 70% of their votes adding that the President loves Igbos contrary to insinuations in some quarters.
Rt Hon Gideon Sammani, therefore, called on Igbos to vote President Buhari in the emerging political dispensation stressing he met well for the people and must always give them their dues in the common patrimony.#
