On Monday, Borno State Deputy Governor Umar Usman Kadafur oversaw the swearing-in of Alh Dauda Iliya as the newly appointed Media Adviser to Governor Babagana Umara Zulum. The ceremony took place in the deputy governor’s conference hall.

The event also saw attendance from various officials, including the Secretary to Borno State Government, Alhaji Bukar Tijani, Head of Service Barrister Mallam Fannami, and other senior government officials, alongside family and associates of the appointees.
