Chelsea Set to Make Bid for Barcelona Star Dembele

In a surprising turn of events, Chelsea is reportedly considering a bid for Barcelona’s talented forward, Ousmane Dembele. The French international has a €50 million release clause in his contract, which has attracted the attention of the Blues.

With the departure of several key players, including Christian Pulisic and the impending exit of Hakim Ziyech, Chelsea is keen to bolster their squad. According to reports from Football Transfers, Dembele has emerged as a surprising name on Mauricio Pochettino’s list of potential targets.

Last season, Dembele showcased his abilities by contributing 8 goals and 9 assists in 35 appearances for Barcelona, ultimately helping them secure the Spanish La Liga title. It’s worth noting that the attacker has just one year remaining on his current contract with the Catalan club.
