CPFN, PFN pass vote of Confidence on NCPC boss Rev. Pam

… Earns Distinguished Leadership Award

The Christian Pentecostal Youth Fellowship of Nigeria and the Pentecostal Youth Fellowship of Nigeria have both passed a vote of confidence on the Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission, NCPC, Rev. Dr. Yakubu Pam, and his leadership style.

Executive Members of the Christian Pentecostal Youth Fellowship of Nigeria and the Pentecostal Youth Fellowship of Nigeria made this known when to the NCPC boss when they paid him a courtesy visit yesterday in his office at the Commission headquarters in Abuja.

Chairman of the delegation ,Pastor George Oaya said that good leaders should be celebrated and acknowledged for their acts of kindness to humanity and society at large.

Pastor Osya said, “the reality on the ground today in this Commission speaks of your great leadership ability, the CPFN and PFN are proud of the achievements of the Executive Secretary in the Commission.”

According to him, Rev. Pam has always been a forerunner for peaceful coexistence in the Northern Nigeria.

“It is on record that you have been at the forefront, canvassing and advancing the cause for peace and unity in Plateau and the Nation at Large.”

“Your usual campaign for peaceful and hormonal coexistence among the two faiths had contributed immensely to the reduction of security crisis in the Northern Nigeria.’
 
Rev. Pam expressed his delight and thanked the delegation for visiting him to express their solidarity and confidence in him and his leadership.

The Executive Secretary informed the groups that since his assumption in office he has been able to carry out three successful pilgrimage exercises to the Kingdom of Jordan, Israel, and Rome.

He said, “Since I assumed office I have by God’s grace successfully  carried out three pilgrimage exercises and all the exercises were hitched free expect Rome that we encountered few challenges, but it was still a beautiful exercise as we were able to visit the Pope and received his prayers and blessings for Nigeria and Nigerians”.

He sensitized them on the importance of Self sponsorship, stating that the government can no longer do it alone.

According to him ,“ the Commission is working on Youth Pilgrimage and it will be beautiful to have you all on our youth Pilgrimage Exercise; there are so much benefits in embarking on pilgrimage as it gives exposure to new modern technology and Agriculture”.

The NCPC Boss encouraged members of the delegation and Nigerian Youths to remain focus in life. According to him ,“  there are many distractions around  these days and the greatest weapon to overcome these distractions, is to be focused”.
 
Also, the NCPC Chief Executive was presented with THE DISTINGUISHED LEADERSHIP AWARD.
