“Lagos State Governor Allocates Portfolios to Newly Inaugurated Cabinet Members: Full List”

Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has allocated specific roles to his newly inaugurated cabinet members, who will serve alongside him during his second term in office.

During a ceremony held at the Adeyemi Bero Auditorium in Alausa, Ikeja, Governor Sanwo-Olu officially introduced his cabinet members, which include commissioners and special advisers, to the public.

Here is a comprehensive list of the newly appointed cabinet members along with their designated portfolios:

1. Mr. Afolabi Ayantayo – Commissioner for Establishment Training and Pensions
2. Mr. Jamiu Alli-Balogun – Commissioner for Basic Education
3. Mr. Gbenga Oyerinde – Commissioner, Special Duties
4. Mr. Lawal Pedro (SAN) – Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice
5. Mr. Mobolaji Ogunlende – Commissioner for Youth and Social Development
6. Hon. Ibrahim Layode – Commissioner for Home Affairs and Culture
7. Mrs. Toke Benson-Awoyinka – Commissioner for Tourism
8. Olakunle Rotimi-Akodu – Special Adviser, Environment
9. Mr. Abdulkabir Ogungbo – Special Adviser, Taxation and Revenue
10. Engr. Abiola Olowu – Special Adviser, Commerce and Investment
11. Dr. Adekunle Olayinka – Special Adviser, Works (to report to the Deputy Governor)
