Lobi Stars Fc Scout for New Talent Ahead of Nplf Season

Plans are underway for lobi stars football club to scout for new talent to prepare ahead of the 2024/2025 nigeria premier football league(npfl), which is to commence in august, 2024.

To this end, the club is to tour the the twenty three local government areas of the state to scout for new talent, aimed at strengthening the squad for the upcoming season.

In a statement by the club’s secretary, terhemen saawuan and head coach, eugene agagbe, indicated that the team will reconvene on july 15, 2024.

The statement reads in part “Upon resumption, the team will undertake pre-season training and player registration processes in accordance with the nff/npfl. Additionally, the club plans a playing tour across the 23 local government areas to scout for new talent aimed at strengthening the squad for upcoming season.”

According to the statement, the just concluded 2023/2024 npfl season which ended on june 23, 2024, lobi stars secured the 6th place on the league table, despite the challenge of playing all the matches away from home.
