Nwoko Raises Concerns About Nigerian Youths’ Future

Senator Ned Nwoko, representing Delta North senatorial district, expressed profound worry about the future of Nigerian youths during an impromptu visit to the Ned/GKE Skills Acquisition Center in Asaba, the Delta State capital.

Observing the activities at the center during his assessment tour, Nwoko voiced his satisfaction with the center’s operations and management, emphasizing its crucial role in empowering youths through vocational training.

Highlighting his commitment to the welfare of Nigerian youths and citizens, Nwoko underscored the significance of equipping them with practical skills to enhance economic independence and self-reliance.

As a senator deeply invested in the nation’s youth, Nwoko pledged support for the Skills Acquisition Center, aiming to expand its reach and impact, particularly among Delta North youths.

Impressed by the center’s standards and quality, Nwoko applauded its efforts in providing vocational training opportunities for Nigerian youths.

President of the Ned/GKE Skills Acquisition Centre, Mr. Emmanuel Okocha, lauded Nwoko’s mentorship and financial support, affirming the center’s dedication to sustaining its operations to empower more youths and deter them from engaging in street activities.

Okocha highlighted the center’s diverse vocational training programs, including fashion design, photography, ICT, cosmetology, soap making, and weaving, aimed at equipping Delta North youths with essential skills for sustainable livelihoods.
