The National President of Egume Ome Descendants Union, Mr Sunday Maji heartily felicitate with Muslim faithfuls for the successful completion of this year’s Ramadan fast.
He urges Muslim Faithfuls to use this year’s Eid al-Fitr celebration to seek intimacy with Allah through sincere acts of worship, fellowship and self-discipline.
In his Sallah message, Cmtade Maji appealed to celebrants to look beyond food and drinks, but also an opportunity to pray peaceful coexistence, love, and unity amongst Ome Descendants and others, in their quest for community development.
“The Peaceful coexistence serves as the foundation for societal harmony and progress, fostering an environment where individuals or groups can thrive and contribute positively to the growth of the community.”
He therefore appealed to the Youths, traditional rulers, Stakeholders, vigilante groups and security Agencies to be security conscious throughout this period of Eid al-Fitr celebration.
The President advised Okada riders to be wary of their lives and other road users, warning that anybody caught with acrobatic tendency to the detriment of other road users may not go unpunished.
