“Senator’s Shocking Revelation: I Passed Common Entrance Exam at Primary Three – Abbo

Senator Ishaku Abbo, representing Adamawa North Senatorial District, revealed during the ministerial nominees’ screening that he sat for and “won” the National Common Entrance Examination when he was in primary three.

This disclosure came up when there was a discussion about the age of a nominee from Benue State, Prof. Joseph Utsev, who had an apparent age disparity in his certificate. Senator Abbo shared his personal experience to illustrate that he also had a similar situation during his academic journey but did not disclose his specific age or exam year. He emphasized that both winning and passing the exam were equivalent achievements.
