Kidnappers goes On Rampage In Kogi as Business Tycoon’s Wife Abducted In Lokoja

Kidnappers goes on rampage in Kogi state as the wife of a business Tycoon, Chinwe Obi’ s wife, Rosemary was on Friday evening at about 9.00pm kidnapped while on her way home after the close of business around peace community, Lokoja the state capital.

According to eyewitness report, the gunmen in their numbers trail the husband’s vehicle, a popular dealer of cement and other building materials, shot severally at his car, forcing him to stop while the kidnapped wife was in a car alongside her husband that fateful night.

The gunmen picked Mrs. Rosemary living behind her husband behind in the vehicle with injuries he sustained while struggling with the gunmen.

The Police Public Relations officer, DSP Williams Ayah who confirmed the incident, said the Commissioner of Police visited the scene of incident, assured that with the full deployment of men of the Command, the perpetrators would be fished out

The Kogi State Police Command said it is on the trail of the Kidnappers  of Mrs. Rosemary Chinwe Obi, who was kidnapped at Peace Community area of Lokoja yesterday night.
