“Chief Michael Koleoso was a thoroughbred progressive and a selfless leader whose immense contributions were pivotal during his tenure as Chairman of Ibadan Southwest Local Government between 1999 and 2002,” Adeniran said.
He reflected on Koleoso’s significant impact on the AD, noting, “His contributions during the time when I served as Executive Chairman of Ibadan South-West Local Government, and later as the Secretary to the Government, were invaluable. Chief Koleoso’s support was instrumental during my formative years in politics.”
