“Collaboration Reigns at the Top,” Throws Shade Ashabi, Portable’s Baby Mama

Nollywood actress Akinyanju Omobolarinde, popularly known as Ashabi Simple, recently took a dig at Zainab Badmus, the wife of her baby daddy, Portable.

Sharing her thoughts on Instagram, the single mother of one stated that competition only occurs at the bottom, while those at the top are more inclined to collaborate.

“Competition happens at the bottom. The people at the top are collaborating,” Ashabi remarked.

Ashabi Expresses Frustration at Trolls Targeting Portable’s Wife, Bewaji

This statement came hours after Ashabi went live on her Instagram to vent her frustrations and hurl curses at her trolls.

According to reports, Portable spent the Eid El Kabir holiday with his wife, Bewaji, and their loved-up video sparked a frenzy on social media.

As expected, netizens flooded Ashabi’s comments section and DMs with screenshots of the video.

In response, Ashabi unleashed a verbal tirade, casting heavy curses on her detractors.

“May you people never know joy in your life,” she exclaimed.

Directing her ire towards her trolls, she questioned whether their fathers had married their mothers, highlighting that she was not the first person to become pregnant by a married man.

Ashabi further asserted that she would never encroach upon the territory of her senior co-wives and assured netizens that Portable would not abandon her.

“For those of you bashing me for marrying Portable, ask yourself: Did your father wed your mother? I’m not the first person to get pregnant by a married man. You’ll never see me trespassing on my senior wives.”

Ashabi Offers Prayers for Portable and His Wife’s Marriage

Just a few days prior, Ashabi had revealed her indifference when Portable showcased his wife, Zainab, on his social media pages.

In her defense, the budding actress pointed out that he was married and already had multiple baby mamas before her.

Ashabi questioned who would take care of Portable if she succeeded in driving Zainab away, as she alone couldn’t handle the controversial singer’s responsibilities.

Referring to Portable as her husband, she commended him for taking care of her and highlighted that many single men wouldn’t do half of what he does.

Expressing contentment with her current situation, Ashabi promised to stand by Portable’s side forever.

Dismissing online in-laws, she requested that they let her be, asserting that she was also one of the singer’s wives.

Ashabi even went on to pray for the success of Portable and Zainab’s marriage.

Bewaji Responds

Responding via her Instagram story, Zainab cautioned her fans against tagging her in Ashabi’s posts.

She urged them to refrain from stirring up trouble and declared herself fearless.

“Trouble, you all love violence on this app. Please don’t tag me in anyone’s post again. Leave trouble for its owner. I am not afraid.”
